Terms & Conditions - Affinity FlowersProductsAffinity Flowers reserves the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging to provide an item of equal value without notice. All products are subject to availability. OrdersFor your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details of the recipient including full delivery details, postcode and telephone number. Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards but we do not except American Express. DeliveryCustomers who request delivery in a remote rural area will be advised prior to delivery of any increased delivery charges. We are not able to guarantee a time of delivery. Our orders arrive between 9am and 5.30pm. If nobody is present at the time of delivery our delivery driver will post a note through the door saying that we have tried to deliver and to please contact us to arrange another delivery. Cancellation policyProducts under the value of £50.00 may be cancelled 24 hours previous to time of delivery or collection and a full refund will be given. Products over £50.00 may be cancelled 48 hours previous to time of delivery or collection and a full refund will be given. In the case of an event or function orders must be cancelled two weeks prior to the date of delivery or collection. A full refund will not be possible after two weeks as stock would have been ordered which Affinity Flowers are not able to return to the suppliers. Refund policyYour custom is very valuable to us. If you are not satisfied with our products or service after your receipt of the product we will make it right for you with a refund or replacement if the complaint is received by you within 5 days of the product being delivered or collected. Statutory RightsAffinity Flowers are fully committed to providing you with the best possible floral delivery service. If you are not satisfied in anyway with the service that you have received please let us know and your complaint will be investigated. If we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine a replacement or refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. DisclaimerWhilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Affinity Flowers Website and/or the Affinity Flowers Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this. We therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Affinity Flowers Website and/or the Affinity Flowers Service.
